You are responsible for keeping access to your device and linked account secure. If you join or create a household, data may be shared with other members of that household as part of the shared experience.

Home Basket is an organizational tool. It is not a bank, accounting platform, tax tool, financial advisory service, or legal recordkeeping platform. Budgets, totals, reminders, receipt extraction, and purchase summaries are provided for convenience and may contain mistakes or omissions.

Supported mobile builds of Home Basket may include sponsored placements or advertisements. Those sponsored messages may link to third-party products or services governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Transcripe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Home Basket.
